You can now do wildcard searches when searching within an individual app, or doing a site-wide search. *The wildcard search only applies to the search term. If you do a more advanced search by a specific field then that field search is not treated as a wildcard search.* To enable wildcard searching go to the Search settings for the app. Then toggle the "Force a wildcard search with the search term" field to "Yes".
